This is an advanced solution fully tailored to the client’s specific business needs and their operational fieldwork model.
Over the course of a year, six development engineers from the Billing & Customer Care System team actively worked on the project. Their dedication and expertise ensured that the system was developed and implemented within the planned timeframe.
The result of this effort is the complete digitalization of task planning, assignment, and monitoring processes, combined with advanced real-time reporting capabilities. The Workforce Management System enables better visibility of work orders, more efficient team coordination, and faster information exchange, while management gains precise insight into key indicators essential for making strategic and operational decisions.
The Workforce Management System is characterized by simple administration and configuration, an intuitive and modern graphical user interface, scalability, high availability, and a flexible mechanism for configurable integration with external systems via web services.
