Certification according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 enabled ASW to establish an efficient system of IT services management. Processes have been adjusted according to the requirements of the global practices present in the IT field. As the result of the implementation, we were able to reach our goal – successful delivery of IT services according to the defined requirements.An interesting fact is that ASW Engineering is the third IT company in Serbia certified according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and which established its IT services management system.
Certification according to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system enabled ASW Engineering to establish a system which achieves the best possible result at the end of the process. The system is being continuously maintained and updated in order to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
