Description
The activities of the Treasury Department include financial planning and management of financial assets of the Republic of Serbia, reporting on budget execution, budget accounting and reporting, and execution of public payments for dinar and foreign currency payments... The company operates in the territory of several municipalities, with headquarters in Belgrade. The goals of the implementation of the information system were business improvement, the possibility of entering a plan on an annual and monthly level and monitoring the implementation of the plan, creating an XML file for assuming obligations and paying through ISIB, as well as the efficient performance of all other business activities.
Realization
After a detailed analysis of business processes and adopting the Project specifications, the implementation of the central ERP system for business monitoring and control started. The existing product of the company ASW inženjering - asw:dominus was used with improvements that significantly accelerated and facilitated operations in the Treasury Department. Great attention was paid to continuous interaction with users and the training of a large number of users. The subsystem for human resources management was adjusted so that users could quickly and easily view data for all employees. The biggest challenge was integrating with ISIB and entering and implementing the budget execution plan. This was made possible through the integrated product asw:budget, specially designed for the needs of budget users. In the last phase of the project, login was enabled using credentials stored in Microsoft Active Directory.
