Description

Company SCB deals with the distribution of drinks and food in the framework of the horseradish system. Since its inception in 2000, it has seen constant development and success on the market. The company is thus organized to react at all times to customer requests, and deliver goods on the same day. The aim of the project is to implement the integral information system with the implementation of a high quality and reliable control over the distribution system for food and beverage facilities of the HoReCa group. The most important part of the system is fast and quality management of warehouse operations and transport control. In addition to distributing food and beverages, SCB started to open its own retail chain retail chain, so it was necessary for the information system to cover this segment of business and to integrate with the central system.

Realisation

All stages of project realization are completed within the planned deadlines. The central ERP system asw: dominus with the support of the use of wireless PDA devices (RF Terminal) in the warehouse business has provided quality and reliable control of warehouse operations, as well as the preparation of goods for daily distribution. The transport management system integrated into the asw: dominus system, ensured that the process from ordering to distribution of goods is done quickly and without waiting. Integration of subsystems for retail and data transfer ensures quality support for the process of distribution of goods through its retail facilities. In March 2012, the opening of the Cash & Carry facility in Belgrade is planned. After the training, the SCB IT team took over control over the process of opening retail stores. Integrated information system technology has provided the possibility of fast and easy distribution of the retail network with full control over the operations from the central office.
