Fashion Group is one of the largest multibrand chain stores in the Balkans. In its range of products, it offers products of the world's most renowned manufacturers: Mango, Boss, Springfield, Miss Sixty, Energie, Golden Point, Timberland, Okaidi ... The main objective of the project is the integration of all business processes that accompany import of goods, wholesale, distribution, management of retail facilities and reporting. The specific request of the project was the development of support for two-way data exchange with the Okaidi information system.
Implementation of the project included the implementation of the central ERP system asw: dominus from which is monitored and managed by all companies in the region. A particularly important segment is realized through the retail management system asw: mercantis that supports the specific business of fashion clothing and footwear. Integrated information system provided the company with adequate information support for the development of its business and expansion in the region. The system is integrated with Okaidi, so electronic documents are exchanged between the two systems. IT team team Fashion Group is trained for the independent installation of POS systems and employee training, as well as the first level of support, which significantly reduces the costs of opening new retail facilities.
