Customer support hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 16:30. Outside hours, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as the days of public holidays in the Republic of Serbia, we provide customer support in the off-time support mode.

You can refer to the user support via portal or e-mail.

To submit a request via e-mail, you need to select the email address for the specific product to which the request relates.

After Hours Customer Support

Customer support outside of working hours is provided only in case of urgent requests. Time needed to resolve claims in this mode is multiplied by a factor of 1.5. Requests shall be made on the following telephone numbers, depending on the product requested:
