ASW Engineering currently has more than 60 employees, most of whom are highly educated software specialists with many years of experience in the IT development.
The company organization is based on teams, whereas each team is led by the most experienced professionals, specialized for a particular area or product development.
Nenad Avlijas was the head of ASW Engineering since the company's establishment in 1990, and thanks to his rich previous experience in the IT field and in the management process, the company quickly developed into one of the leading IT companies in Serbia and the region. Prior to the founding of ASW Engineering, he was engaged as director of the development sector for IRIS - Energoinvest, from 1984 to 1990. As a member of the development team, in the period from 1981 to 1984, he participated in the realization of the information system for the XIV Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. He coordinated all sectors of the company and was involved in the realization of large and complex projects.
He graduated in 2011 in the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Science, Information systems and technology and received the title Master engineer of organizational science, IT management in 2012. He joined ASW Inženjering in 2006 and was engaged as Project manager and as BD Team leader. Nemanja gained international experience in HTC Corporation i Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH. As of January 2021. Nemanja Avlijaš is General Manager of ASW Inženjering.
After completing his studies in 1997, he was engaged in the Institute Mihailo Pupin as an engineer for local computer networks, in order to join the ASW Engineering team in 1998. So far, he has been a member of several teams and a major system engineer in the execution of projects of great complexity, and his duties covered the areas of installation and adjustment of operating systems and databases, as well as the realization of complex communication circuits. Today he is the head of the team that provides technical support to the network with more than 500 server installations.
She graduated in 2010 at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, Department of Computer Science and Informatics, and she received the title of Master at the same faculty and course in 2012. ASW Engineering joined in 2011 and for the next four years she was engaged in the development and implementation of software solutions for calculating and collecting telecommunication (asw: credis) and utility services (asw: utilitas), and solutions for recording and tracking animal movement (aimcs). In addition, it has been involved in providing support to users who use existing application solutions for parking fees via SMS (asw: temporis) and vehicle inspection solutions (asw: examinus). Since 2015, he has been independently led by the team and assumed the position of director of the development sector in 2018.
She graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade in 2001. Since 1998 he has been working at ASW Engineering. The areas of engagement were documenting, testing, developing and implementing software products and solutions for the company. Significant projects in which they participated were: Telekom Srpske, Pekabeta, MPC Group, Lilly, Sanolabor, Futura Plus, Coin, Direct Media, SCB, Nordvik, Venus etc. Today he heads the consulting services team.
She graduated at the Higher Business School in Belgrade, the field of finance, accounting and banking, and gained her working experience in the National Employment Service, Department of General and Legal Affairs. Today she heads the Joint Affairs Sector, and is simultaneously engaged in projects of organization, investment, finance and general affairs.
She graduated in 2006 at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of Information Systems and Technologies, and she obtained the title of Masters at the same faculty, the field of Information Technology in 2007. Since 2007, she has been employed by ASW Engineering for the implementation of the software product asw: dominus. She has conducted several important projects for the implementation of the integrated information system, the most important of which are Futura Plus, Voli, Štampa Sistem. From 2009 to 2013, she was the leader of the ASW ERP product development team, and since 2013, she manages the team for the projects maintenance and customer support.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, on the subject of OCR handwriting. From 2001 to 2008 he works on the design and implementation of software solutions in retail chains Rodić and Merkator. Since 2008, he is a member of the ASW Engineering team, where he participates in designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software solutions. Today he is head of Product management team.
He graduated in 2008 at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of Information Systems and Technologies, and obtained his master's degree at the same faculty, the Information Technology field three years later. Since 2008, he has been a member of the ASW Engineering team, primarily engaged as an engineer for the implementation of the asw: dominus software product. Among the major projects implementing the integrated information system it has been running, projects for Print Systems, Gomex, Centrosinergy and Tehnomax are highlighted. Today, he is engaged as a Director for the sector of implementation of software products.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade in 2010. He became member of ASW in 2011. He was engaged in the development and implementation of the following software solutions: asw:officius (CRM system), asw:credis (billing for telecommunications services), asw:utilitas (billing for utilities companies), asw:temporis (billing for parking via SMS), asw:examinus (technical inspection of vehicles) and solutions for recording and monitoring animal movements (aimcs). Aleksandar is team manager since June 2020.
She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade in 2013, Department of Computer Science and Informatics. In 2015 she graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade, section Computer and Information Science. She started her career in 2013 at ASW Engineering as a software developer in the development of software products within the BCCS (Billing Customer Care System) team. Today, Milica is engaged as the leader of the development team asw: dominus and asw: product opus.
He graduated in 2010 at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade theoretical mathematics and applications. Filip is member of ASW since June 2017 in Machine learning Lab, as machine learning engineer. He is mainly engaged in development and implementation of software solution asw: maximus. Since June 2019 he takes over the role of the Team manager.
She graduated from Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade in 2008. The same year she joined ASW Marketing and sales team, where she worked as a key account and marketing specialist. Along with marketing and sales activities, she took charge over Quality management team in 2009 and worked on implementation and maintaining of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards. She joined Testing and Documentation team in 2013. and worked as QA manual tester of ASW SW products and as Document manager responsible for creation and approval of user documentation. She was appointed as Manager of Testing and documentation team in 2021.
