Nenad Avlijaš

Since the establishment in 1990, he has been a director of ASW Engineering. His enormous previous experience in information technologies and management contributed to ASW Engeneering to develop into one of the strongest domestic ICT companies in Serbia. Before ASW Engineering was established, he had been a director in IRIS - Energoinvest in the period of 1984-1990. From 1981 to 1984, as a member of development team, he participated in realization of information system for 14th Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo. Today, apart form coordination of all sectors, his experience helps him participate and help coordination of big and complex projects.

Dražen Kozić

He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade in 1996. In the period of 1994-1998, he held the post of IT support in Tecnus Company. After that he started working with ASW Engineering. He was engaged as developer and assistant to software solutions selling in ASW Engineering. Some of the projects he participated in as leading programmer and manager were Development and Implementation of Software Solutions in Telekom Srpske, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina; MTS, Telekom Srbija; Pekabeta, MPC Group, Sanolabor - Belgrade. Since 1999, he has been actively working as a leader in projects of development and implementation billing solutions for m:tel, Banja Luka, and since 2007 he has been engaged for development and implementation of solutions for on-line parking payments, working mandate.

Darko Sekulić

Upon graduation (1997) and working at "Mihailo Pupin" Institute, where he held the post of local area networks engineer, he joined ASW Enginering team in 1998. So far, he was a member of teams and leading system engineer in numerous high complexity projects. In those projects, he was responsible for installing and setting of operational systems and databases, as well as realisation of complex communication sets. Simultaneously with participation in realisation of projects, he is leading a team for technical support to the network of more than 500 server installations.

Nemanja Avlijaš

Head of the team for Sales and Marketing. He graduated at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2011 at the department of Information systems and technology. Currently attending the master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of IT management. Since September 2006 he has been working in marketing and sales. The leader of the project in ACI Informatica S.p.A. Roma.
In addition, he participated as a coordinator of the project implementation of information systems in companies DirectMedia, LolaLivnica.
In March 2012. he represented the company at the International Fair CeBIT2012 in Hannover.

Ljiljana Kozić

She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Telecommunications. In 1998, she started working as probationary employee-programmer at ASW Engineering. She participated intensively and led all major projects of ASW Engineering software solutions implementations. Apart from the leading position, she is a consultant in complex projects of implementation of applicative products of ASW Engineering.

Borislav Janošević

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1999 and upon it started working as a probationary employee at ASW Engineering in Belgrade. For the first five years, he was engaged for user support and software solution development of asw: mercantis i asw: credis. In development of asw: credis system, he was responsible for adjusting of swing components and interface development, fraud managament module development, data collecting, files pre-processing and processing, billing (GPRS, TAP3), making smaller functionalities for different modules. Since 2004, appart from his managing position, he has been making projects and creating new functionalities for the system for overall monitoring of retail salling - asw:mercantis.

Goran Tomić

Graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Prior to joining ASW Engineering, he worked as development project manager at Progres Informatika, Bull Italia, Informatika AD and Institute „Boris Kidrič". He is currently working at ASW Engineering as development and implementation manager of asw:sapiens system. He worked as project leader on implementation of asw:sapiens at Telekom Srpske, MPC Holding, Lilly Drogerie.
